Responsibilities:
Greet arriving guests, assign rooms, make keys, and collect guest payment and billing information in a friendly and welcoming manner Ability to work on a computer, answer phone calls, and handle walk-ins for guest reservations, cancellations, check-ins, check-outs, and processing guests payment and billing information Providing outstanding service by listening and handling guests needs and requests in a quick and timely manner Communicate with all departments to ensure a smooth and well-run operation so that each guest has the best experience possible Acknowledge the guest as they are leaving the hotel in a friendly manner Running night audit reports, then printing and providing general manager with proper report sheets What we are looking for:
Hotel experience preferred but not required.
