Full TimeGENERAL PURPOSE OF JOBIndependently, the incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of analytical tasks to support the Company's SBA and USDA loan portfolio.
The incumbent is responsible for preparing annual loan reviews, loan modifications, financial statement spreads and preparing financing memoranda for new money to existing borrower relationships.
The incumbent is also responsible for supporting intensive servicing related to troubled or delinquent loans to include workout and liquidation strategy development, preparing the SBA or USDA guaranty purchase package, charge off package and related functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Liaison with bank contact to plan for and prepare Annual Loan Reviews and, as needed, Financing Memoranda for new loan requests with existing Borrower relationships.
Monitor delinquencies and assist with coordinating efforts to evaluate troubled Borrowers and obtain documentation required by SBA, USDA or Lender Policy.
Liaison with bank contact to document workout and liquidation plans and coordinate appropriate Lender and Agency approvals.
Assemble and submit Guaranty Purchase packages, Care and Preservation of Collateral packages, Offer In Compromise Packages, and Charge Off packages Review loan documentation requirements for consistency and accuracy and incorporate the ongoing loan conditions and identified exceptions or inaccuracies within a servicing administration software tickler program.
Track and monitor satisfactory and timely completion of programmed ticklers with detailed notes describing the status of pending items that have been requested but remain outstanding or past due.
Perform periodic monitoring of the Servicing email inbox to identify inbound requests and take appropriate action to deliver service.
Use Sharefile technology to file documents uploaded to and received in the Servicing Inbox.
Review received financial statements for quality and accuracy, and contact bank or borrower when loan documents or financial records are needed.
Capture information from Spread financial statements and tax returns and enter data into Cash Suite financial system.
Initiate tickler tasks and generate mail or email activities to resolve issue and provide service on existing loans.
When required for appropriate loan servicing, request evidence of insurance from agents and document in the financial system.
Perform research and analysis to verify real estate taxes are paid current and no other liens are active.
Periodically perform electronic data cleanup for all assigned loan folders.
Prepare and document memos to file and 327 Loan Modifications.
Conduct loan portfolio reviews for compliance and accuracy as assigned.
ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Make appropriate adjustments in Cash Suite financial system to increase efficiency.
Add new or revise existing tickler options in Cash Suite financial system.
Carries out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines.
Complies with all company and site policies and procedures.
Remains current in profession and industry trends.

Is available for overtime as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneQUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related concentration.
Five (5) years of credit underwriting, portfolio management, or special assets management experience in commercial finance.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Read and interpret documents such as financial spreads, loan underwriting documents, financial records, credit reports, tax statements, and standard operating procedures.
Write routine business correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSWork with mathematical basic and advanced concepts such as additional, subtraction, division, multiplication, ratios, and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES OR QUALIFICATIONS Fundamental understanding of SBA program requirements.
Familiar with the commercial loan approval process.
Demonstrate integrity and attention to detail in executing the duties of the role.
Demonstrated experience using the MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
Computer skills:
Enter data into computer using software applications for data entry and word processing.
Work and be proficient with e-mail systems Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to production.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
