Job Description:
Busy dental specialty practice looking for personable and motivated friendly front desk receptionist.
Past experience in dental field required.
Responsibilities for receptionist are, scheduling/greeting patients, billing, insurance, etc.
Essential Duties:
Greet all patients arriving at the office Check patients in and collect co-pay Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide professional courtesy to patients Maintain a clean work environment at all times Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the office during in-office hours.
This may include but not be limited to cleaning of exam rooms, waiting rooms, treatment rooms, and other areas within the office.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
College Degree preferred.
Strong customer service skills required.
Must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be able to maintain a professional demeanor with both patients and coworkers.
