We are located at 433 Burmont Rd.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities The ideal candidate understands and works to ensure the customer's experience is exceptional.
This is a part-time position with the following scheduled:
Monday - Friday 7:
30AM - 2:
00 PM.
So Love Autistic Center is a dynamic company that serves children with special needs.
The individual in this role is responsible for answering phone calls, opening and sorting mail, employee time tracking, filing and ensure the center is in compliance with Department of Human Services (DHS) guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk, answer phone calls Greet clients and employees Maintaining client and employee files Filing and documenting payments Schedule client appointments Maintain supplies and inventory list
Qualifications:
Receptionist
Experience:
2 year (Required) Customer Service:
2 year (Required) Time tracking
Experience:
2 year (Required) Office Administration:
2 year (Preferred) Microsoft Office experience and web based application experience (Required) We are looking forward reviewing your application.

We have available shifts all days of the week.
Compensation depends on your experience.
